Upholstering Services
Restore or rejeuvenate a piece of your existing furniture - a sofa, chair or a much loved antique. Alternatively create an entirely new piece using one of the frames that we have in stock. Whatever your requirements we will work closely with you throughout the entire process from consultation to design and manufacture. We take into consideration not only the object but the space that it is going to fill. Modern manufacturing technology may be able to reproduce a piece of furniture a thousand or even a hundred thousand times. Not only does this ignore individual style but also results in leftover fabrics. We have in stock beautiful fabrics left as waste from this mechanical process and using design-led upholstery methods we can create unique furniture that is bespoke to you.

The process takes roughly between three weeks and a month, depending on your participation and availability.
We strongly believe that furniture plays a very important role in people’s lives therefore we allow you the right amount of time to make any choices.
1. Send a picture to our e-mail and specify measurements, conditions and your requirements.
2. Meet us in our studio or at your house -so we can take a comprehensive view of your space and life-style. (We recommend customers provide us with picture of their living environment)
3. We take note of your ideas
like colours, fabrics and style, how often you use the furniture and when (to relax, to watch TV, to read a book etc)
4. We show you samples of textiles and sample of furniture to get your reaction and opinions.
5. We propose ideas on how the furniture will be restored (shape, technique, materials).
We strongly suggest our clients to orientate their choices towards natural materials. We are passionate about recycling and natural products, but we appreciate that our customers are willing to revive their old furniture whichever products they choose.
6. We allow up to a week to formulate a proposal, to research materials and textiles.
7. We usually have a second meeting with you where we propose the design and discuss your further ideas.
We take in consideration your suggestions and responses to our design as we proceed. (If you are not available for a second meeting we can send you the documentation - sketches, photographs etc.
8. At the studio we test the textile on the furniture and you are welcome to visit the studio at any stage and to follow the process.
At this point if you are happy with with the test we proceed to completion.
The piece is ready to be enjoyed and now we can celebrate with a glass of wine.
